What is a sanitary napkin incinerator and how does it work?

It is a machine that safely and hygienically burns used sanitary pads, converting them into harmless sterile ash, thus eliminating waste and odor.Used napkins are inserted into the chamber, and with a push of a button, the machine incinerates them at high temperature. The residue ash is collected in a tray for easy disposal.

How does the vending machine work?

Simply insert a coin ,UPI,Access card, token (depending on the configuration), and the machine will dispense one sanitary napkin. It operates on a user-friendly, plug-and-play basis.

What type of power supply is needed?

Our incinerators work on standard 230V single-phase power. Some larger models may require three-phase supply.

Can the machine accept different coin types or tokens?

Yes, the vending machine can be programmed to accept various coin denominations or customized tokens. Coin programming instructions are provided during installation.

Is the incinerator safe to use indoors?

Yes, all our models are designed with safety features like automatic shut-off, temperature control,thermal Insulated.  Proper ventilation is recommended.

Can the machine accept different brands and sizes of napkin pads?

Yes, our vending machines are compatible with all major brands of sanitary napkins. We recommend using ultrathin tri-fold napkin pads, which are commonly available across most brands. These pads fit best in our standard machine design and you can also use any size that follows the tri-fold format.

Is the vending machine battery-operated or electric?

We offer both manual(non -electric) battery-operated and electric-powered models. Solar-powered options can also be made available on request.

How often do we need to refill the machine?

It depends on the usage frequency. In schools or offices, weekly refilling is generally sufficient. A refill alert system is optional in advanced models.

Is there any smoke or smell during operation?

No, you won’t experience any smoke or smell inside the room where the incinerator is installed. However, during the initial 2–3 minutes of the burning process, some smoke may be visible from the external smoke outlet. Once the fire fully ignites inside the machine, the smoke reduces significantly. Our advanced models are equipped with odor and smoke control systems to ensure clean and safe operation.

Where should the incinerator machine be installed?

It is recommended to install the incinerator inside the toilet or restroom area. This ensures privacy, allowing individuals to use the machine comfortably and without hesitation. Installing it in a convenient and accessible location encourages proper disposal and promotes hygiene.

Do you provide installation support?

Yes, we provide installation guides, video tutorials, and remote assistance. On-site installation is available on request.
